Experienced, Eager, Enterprising Management
If you're looking to fill a full-time or part-time executive position, I might be able to help.
Managing high-tech enterprises is what I do. Allow me to explain.
I've served as President and CEO of a publicly traded microprocessor-technology company, with all the responsibilities that implies: SEC-compliant financial reporting, corporate oversight, legal matters, corporate development and growth, personnel, and so forth.
I've also served as Senior VP of Worldwide Marketing for another publicly held technology firm, where I helped oversee the acqusition of three private firms and their subsequent integration into the parent organization. Then, with the CEO and CFO, I helped take the combined company public in 2001, raising more than $250 million on the London Stock Exchange in what has been called the most successful high-tech IPO of the year.
I've launched startups from almost nothing, and I've managed nearly 100 staff in five locations and three countries. I've overseen everything from hardware to software to IP licensing. I've lived and worked abroad (Germany and the United Kingdom), and I like to think I bring a valuable combination of management expertise and technical know-how to the job.
